Completely oak barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc, in the style of the fashionable Californians who coined the term Fumé Blanc while in search of the ultimate, titillatingly, dry white elixir. A firm press of grapes for textural sauvage and phenolic grip, is followed by vinification at higher temperatures on gross solids for complexity and charm.
